Directions to my place using public transport:
Arrive to POLE MOKOTOWSKIE metro station first. It's a station on the main (blue) metro line M1, just 2 stops from CENTRUM metro station (direction: KABATY).
* You can also reach POLE MOKOTOWSKIE by tram lines 17 or 33 (if you arrive to WARSZAWA CENTRALNA train station).
After leaving the metro car, you will see the signpost to Batorego street.
Pass the subway gates and keep to the left (signposts: Batorego and Bruna)
Continue towards the stairs on the right (signpost: Batorego). If the exit number is 8, you did everything right.
Once you reach the surface you'll see on the left "PIZZA NAPOLETANA" and "PUB ZIELONA GĘŚ". Continue straight to the pedestrian crossing. Passing "PUB ZIELONA GĘŚ", you may notice a bright yellow building on the left, that's it, Batorego 16.
After crossing the pedestrian crossing, turn left and continue straight until the building.
Self check-in:
Approach staircase "A" (next to the billboard) and press on the intercom the 'handset button' (located right from number 9) and then numbers 3310 to enter the building.
* You can enter any staircase with the code 3310 (and they are connected). This may be useful if it is not possible to enter staircase "A".
* Make sure you are entering building number 16 (not 18)! Buildings 16 and 18 are almost the same and stand next to each other. Moreover with the code 3310 you are able to enter both buldings. Yes, it is very confusing.
Then go downstairs to apartment 016 (it's near the window). Under the window, on the radiator, there is a grey lockbox (key safe) with the apartment key. I change the lockbox code regularly, so I usually provide it the day before guests arrive. If you wish, I will set a code (4 digits) of your choice.
* If there is no window next to apartment 016, you must have entered building 18 instead of 16. So you need to leave the building and try again ;)
* Now you may also use the fob (chip attached to the key) to open staircase door instead of using 3310 code.
Other important information:
After checking out, please leave the key in the same lockbox.
Please note that the apartment should be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. From 10:00 to 12:00, the apartment is being cleaned and prepared for the next guests.
